Do I have to sign a contract or pay a setup fee to use the service?
There are no long term contracts and no setup fees. The service is invoiced on a month-to- month basis.
I am not technical, so will I be able to use this service?
Yes! GP Communicator's easy integrations means that you do not need to be a technical expert to use the system.
Do I need to change my main phone and mobile phone numbers?
No. All of your current numbers stay the same. Your account will be assigned with an additional local number from which your text messages, calls, and ringless voicemail drops will be made. When leads respond by calling or texting your new number, the calls and texts will be forwarded to the number of your choice.
Does the system have multiple user capabilities for sales teams?
Yes. You can add team members to your account and set user level permission settings on a per user basis. A sales team round robin configuration also available. The system also has the ability to set which sales team users is a regular user and which members are administrators. You can also set the system to show lead information only to the sales person that they are assigned while also allowing the sales manager to view all lead information assigned to all members of your team.
What integration options are there as I get leads from multiple sources?
The system is setup so that you can bring your leads into a single platform. Aside from the GP Communicators integration with Zapier, the platform also has the ability to create web hooks. Additionally, GP Communicator's direct integrations include, but are not limited to, Google My Business, Facebook Leads Forms, Facebook Messenger, Intuit QuickBooks, Clio, and DrChrono.
Can I change my account level or cancel at anytime?
Yes. The service is invoiced on a month-to- month basis and can be changed or cancelled at anytime.
